Job Description

The Mechanical Parts Quality Inspector at Disneyland Paris is responsible for ensuring the conformity of new and used mechanical parts. This includes visual, dimensional, and non-destructive testing (NDT) using various measuring tools. The role requires meticulous recording of inspection results in a database and generating necessary administrative documents. Additional responsibilities include developing and updating control procedures, identifying technical issues, and proposing corrective actions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and management are crucial. The inspector will work with various types of documentation, including plans, inspection reports, and certificates. The position requires flexibility and may include night shifts or on-call duties, and occasional travel to suppliers.
Must have:
  • Bac technique in mechanics/metrology
  • COFREND level 2 certification in magnetic particle testing (MT)
  • Experience in mechanical parts quality control
  • Proficiency in dimensional and non-destructive testing
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation
  • Proficiency in metrology tools and software
Good to have:
  • Experience with other NDT methods (e.g., liquid penetrant testing)
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Intermediate English level (B1)

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Qualité au sein de nos Ateliers Centraux, vous inspectez, contrôlez et garantissez la conformité des pièces mécaniques. Et cela en garantissant le niveau de sécurité, de fiabilité, de maintenabilité et de performance opérationnelle que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients tout en respectant nos Cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Vos missions ?

  • Garantir la conformité des pièces neuves et usagées (visuelle, dimensionnelle, CND) contrôlées sur site (attractions, équipements, etc.) et en atelier par l'utilisation de moyens de mesure adaptés,

  • Effectuer les contrôles dimensionnels et/ou non destructifs (CND) des pièces mécaniques selon le plan et le cahier des charges,

  • Enregistrer le résultat des contrôles dans la base de données selon le cahier des charges et éditer les documents administratifs nécessaires (OT, rapport, etc.),

  • Réaliser le contrôle documentaire,

  • Effectuer et faire évoluer les gammes de contrôle,

  • Identifier, en qualité de référent(e), toute problématique technique sur l'ensemble des procédures de votre périmètre et proposer des actions correctives,

  • Apporter des réponses pratiques, concrètes et applicables à vos clients, prestataires et à votre hiérarchie sur les questions relevant de votre domaine technique,

  • Appliquer et veiller au respect des procédures opérationnelles,



Le profil pour mener à bien cette mission ?


Idéalement Titulaire d’un Bac technique en mécanique/métrologie, vous avez au minimum 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle en contrôle qualité de pièces mécaniques.

- Vous êtes certifié(e) en Contrôles Non Destructifs (CND) COFREND niv 2 : procédé magnétoscopie (MT).

Les procédés fréquemment pratiqués au sein de Disneyland Paris sont les CND par magnétoscopie et ressuage.

- Vous maîtrisez la lecture et la compréhension de la documentation technique (plans, rapports de contrôles, certificats etc.) et vous savez utiliser des appareils de Métrologie (traditionnels, machines tri dimensionnelles).

- Autonome, rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et flexible, vous savez organiser votre travail et assurer le reporting approprié lors de vos interventions. 

- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques : bonne maîtrise du Pack office, des bases de données qualité. La connaissance du système SAP serait un plus.

- Un niveau d’Anglais intermédiaire (Niveau B1 idéalement) serait un plus notamment pour la lecture/ compréhension des documents techniques et les échanges avec les fournisseurs.

Vous réaliserez des interventions programmées de nuit ou en astreinte. Une flexibilité horaire est demandée pour ce poste.

Ponctuellement, des déplacements sont à prévoir chez les fournisseurs.

Ce poste est à pourvoir en CDI, statut Agent de Maîtrise Assimilé Cadre.

La prise de poste est prévue pour le 01/07/2025.
