Job Description

Growe is seeking a Media Buyer specializing in Bing Ads to manage and optimize advertising campaigns exceeding $30,000. Responsibilities include conducting A/B tests, implementing new strategies for improved campaign performance, developing scaling strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring traffic profitability and ROI maximization. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in gambling vertical traffic acquisition with demonstrable success (case studies required), expertise in Bing Ads, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of traffic sources, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adaptability, proactivity, high stress resistance, and a results-oriented approach are essential.
Must have:
  • 2+ years experience in gambling traffic acquisition
  • Bing Ads expertise
  • Strong analytical skills & data-driven decision making
  • Understanding of traffic sources, bidding, optimization
  • Excellent communication & collaboration

  • 2+ years of experience in traffic acquisition within the gambling vertical, supported by case studies;

  • Practical experience in traffic acquisition on Bing Ads search engine;

  • Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions based on key metrics;

  • Solid understanding of traffic sources, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques to maximize results.
