Job Summary
Job Description
The Global Publishing Strategic Initiatives team, reporting to the CGPO, leads key projects within KRAFTON's global publishing group. Responsibilities include strategic planning and execution of projects, gaining experience in the overall structure and core strategies of game publishing. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise and insights within the industry, with potential career advancement into leadership positions within the publishing organization. Projects may include developing global marketing and communication strategies, establishing global publishing branding, creating global merchandising strategies, planning emerging market expansion, forecasting game revenue, and strategizing global publishing organizational structures.
Must have:
- Understanding of global games, industries, and cultures
- Strategic expertise in consulting, corporate planning, or global company strategy
- Exceptional problem-solving and execution skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
Good to have:
- Global work experience
- Business-level English proficiency

Global Publishing Strategic Initiatives 조직은 KRAFTON, CGPO (Chief Global Publishing Officer) 산하에서 글로벌 퍼블리싱 그룹 내 핵심 추진 프로젝트를 담당하며, 프로젝트 전략 수립부터 실행까지 전 과정을 주도적으로 이끌어가는 역할을 수행합니다. 다양한 프로젝트를 통해 게임 퍼블리싱의 전반적인 구조와 핵심 전략을 경험하며, 산업에 대한 전문성과 인사이트를 쌓을 수 있습니다. 또한, 장기적으로는 개인의 역량과 성과에 따라 퍼블리싱 조직 리딩 등 커리어를 확장할 수 있는 기회가 주어질 수 있습니다.
우리 팀과 함께할 미션을 소개합니다.
- CGPO가 중요과제로 추진하는 프로젝트 관련 전략적 임무를 부여받아 주도적으로 업무를 수행하고 CGPO에게 보고
- 프로젝트가 성공적으로 incubating될 경우 전문조직으로 분리/독립시키고, 프로젝트 담당자는 해당 조직 리더로 부임하여 책임운영 수행할 수 있는 기회 부여

- 탁월한 문제해결능력: 담당 프로젝트와 관련된 경험이 없어도 프로젝트의 전과정을 기획하고 성과를 창출할 수 있는 문제해결능력과 추진력을 보유하신 분
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
