Job Description

The Merch Stand Lead supervises and trains employees in guest relations and equipment use, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and achievement of business results. This role involves overseeing stand operations, including open/close procedures and cash handling, and leading staff according to company policies. The lead is responsible for ensuring timely and quality order delivery, responding to guest feedback, and maintaining cleanliness and inventory. They also conduct audits, manage daily inventory, and provide staff development and training to ensure compliance with health guidelines and company standards.
Must have:
  • Supervise overall operation of designated stand, including open/close procedures and cash handling.
  • Lead employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assure each guest’s order is prepared and delivered on time and in acceptable quality.
  • Respond to feedback from guests.
  • Inspect locations and submit reports regarding cleanliness conditions, inventory, and incidents.
  • Conduct monthly audits and daily inventory.
  • Train and motivate staff.
  • Provide staff development and training in accordance with Southern Nevada Health guidelines.
  • Ensure front line colleagues are compliant with Company policies and local/state regulations.
  • 2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in guest relations.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Experience resolving inventory discrepancies.

Who are we hiring?

What will you do?

  • Supervises the overall operation of the designated stand including open/close procedures, cash handling, and leading employees in accordance with company policies/procedures.
  • Assures that each guest’s order is prepared and delivered on time and in acceptable quality and quantity; responds to feedback from guests.
  • Inspects locations and submits reports regarding cleanliness conditions, inventory, and incidents.
  • Conducts monthly audits, daily inventory and trains and motivates staff. Participates in meetings as deemed necessary.
  • Provides necessary staff development and training in accordance with Southern Nevada Health guidelines and company standards to ensure a high-quality product is maintained.
  • Ensures that front line colleagues are compliant with Company policies and local/state regulations and are delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What do you need to succeed?

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in guest relations.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment while providing a high-quality service experience for guests.
  • Experience resolving inventory discrepancies.

Special Requirements

  • Ability to walk/stand for throughout duration of shift.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
