About the Role: Are you passionate about eCommerce, Direct to Consumer (DTC) platforms, and product management? We're looking for a Merchandiser to join our Hasbro Pulse Site Performance team. You'll play a key role in enhancing our online shopping experience and driving sales. If this sounds exciting to you, read on!

What You'll Do:

• Assist in developing and implementing site merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and online sales.
• Support the alignment of merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Help analyze web analytics and sales data to make data-driven decisions, conduct A/B testing, and optimize site content for better conversion rates.
• Ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, user experience best practices, and industry innovations.
• Contribute to SEO efforts by optimizing site content for search engine visibility.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in e-commerce, preferably in a merchandising role.

Compensation Range (USD)

Starting: $54,900

Ending: $102,000
