DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Ensures successful implementation of visual merchandising plans.

  • Analyzes sales and implements strategies for opportunities and improvements.

  • Provides merchandising insights to inform product development and purchase direction.

  • Collaborates with partners and/or vendors on the execution of projects.

  • Evaluates the needs for all fixtures, accessories, display tools and props.

  • Assists in merchandising planning, go-to-market strategies, and initiatives that maintain merchandising and branding standards

  • Collaborates on product selection, demand planning, and in-store signage needs.

  • Creates and/or supports the facilitation of visual merchandising communication tools.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.

  • 2+ years of Category Management/Insights/Sales experience.

  • Understanding of the principles and practices of marketing.

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

  • Strong internal and external communication abilities in terms of written, verbal and presentation skills.

  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, with knowledge of Syndicated and POS data.

  • Proficiency in Space Management Software a plus.

  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job family or field.

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, a related field, or equivalent.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This position includes a base salary range of $77,500 - $124,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
