Metasites Team Lead

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Technical Lead to join our Metasites team. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development of Xsolla Metasites, a transformative platform designed to revolutionize how games are revealed, monetized, and developed. You will play a key role in creating a YouTube-like game ecosystem that empowers developers to share prototypes, developer diaries, and engage players in unprecedented ways.

The best candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic environment. You’ll be excited to lead a diverse team of senior engineers, drive projects from concept to completion, and shape the future of game development platforms.

Strong leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in backend development, cloud platforms, and team management. The ability to build scalable, fault-tolerant software and foster a culture of trust, creativity, and mentorship will be key to your success in this role.
