This is an internship opportunity for a Method Engineer (Mechanical). The role involves supporting the Method Department in daily tasks, creating and implementing work instructions, designing welding jigs, working in the ERP system, and preparing working standards. The intern will have the opportunity to define and implement production improvements. The job is within the industrial manufacturing team helping to launch a new production site. The company specializes in assembly, welding, machining, and CNC processes involving metal, aluminum, and steel. They follow a high mix, low volume production model and manufacture pantographs, mining equipment, and electronic parts. Must have:

Completed minimum 4 semesters in Technical University (Mechanical engineering or equivalent)
Ability to read technical drawings
Knowledge of MS Office
Communicative level of English
Independence in organizing and carrying out tasks
Teamwork and cooperation skills
Accuracy and paying attention to details

Good to have:

3D design skills (solid, assembly, drawing) in Inventor

Who will you be working with?

You will be a part of the Industrial manufacturing team helping to launch a new production site.

What do we want to know about you?

Completed min. 4 semesters in Technical University (Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Management and manufacturing engineering, or equivalent)
Ability to read technical drawings
Knowledge of MS Office
Communicative level of English
Independence in organizing and carrying out tasks
Teamwork and cooperation skills
Accuracy and paying attention to details 3D design skills (solid, assembly, drawing) in Inventor would be an asset.

What will your typical day look like?

Support of Method Department in daily work
Creation and implementation of work instructions
Design simple welding jigs according to technical drawing requirements
Work in ERP system
Preparation of working standards
Opportunity to define and implement your own production improvement
