  Position Summary

  As a Method Lab Engineer, you will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative team and contributing on high sophisticated compute and sensing products driving to a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility. In this role you will ensure project management fairly with  engineering changes also with  the annual change model, while guaranteeing project performance. As well as Ensure the best  follow-up and control of projects in series production phase with respect of the KMS system and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and you will have the autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way. 

  Your Role

• Facilitate the implementation of engineering changes in coordination with the service center..
• Establish the right connection between engineering changes and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the application and monitoring of changes according to the schedule and standard procedures for project development.
• Guarantee the development of technical data.
• Update the following reports ( Feasibility report, 5 why’s, BOM’s problems and customer complaints.
• Ensure good management of Engineering Technicians (control of overtime, etc.).
• Ensure KMS directives ( Break kit, assembly sequence and connections, WPO, SOS improvement and Kaizen concept)
• Ensuring the revision of PFMEA's for engineering changes and application of the required actions
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental standards, health and safety standards.

• Your Background

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Advanced English is mandatory
• Knowledge of engineering standards
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills are required
• Availability, proactivity and sense of responsibility
• Sense of Responsibility , Proactivity and Availability
