Job Description

The Microsoft 365 and Teams Integration Specialist will enhance the adoption of Microsoft technologies, streamline workflows, and support organizational change. Responsibilities include managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on Teams administration. The specialist will also be responsible for migrating from Slack to Teams and providing ongoing support to employees. They will design and implement Teams workflows, develop and maintain Teams structures, serve as an internal consultant, collaborate with IT leadership, and identify and resolve technical challenges.
Must have:
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments with a focus on Teams.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with complex structures.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Experience in Slack-to-Teams migration in mid-to-large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of IT change management principles.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience in creating user-focused documentation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 and Teams Integration Specialist with strong technical and operational expertise to join our IT department. This role aims to enhance the adoption of Microsoft technologies across Room 8 Group, streamline workflows, and support organizational change related to these technologies.  

Superpowers you have:

  • Proven experience managing or supporting Microsoft 365 environments, with a focus on Teams administration and workflows. 
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with complex structures and interdependent workflows.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Planner, etc.) from both end-user and admin perspectives. 
  • Hands-on experience in leading or supporting Slack-to-Teams migration in a mid-to-large organization.
  • Strong understanding of IT change management principles and their application in large organizations. 
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with complex structures and interdependent workflows. 
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

You’re a rockstar if you have:

  • Experience in creating clear, user-focused documentation, operational policies, and step-by-step guidance to support end-user adoption.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

  • Act as the subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 products and Microsoft Teams from both user and administrator perspectives.
  • Take sole responsibility for technically supporting and managing the migration from Slack to Teams on behalf of the company, including post-migration support and user enablement.
  • Design and implement Teams workflows.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain Teams structures, including groups, channels, permissions, and integrations.
  • Serve as an internal consultant to help departments map their workflows into Microsoft Teams and other MS tools.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees to ensure effective use of Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to implement best practices and policies for Microsoft 365 usage.
  • Identify and resolve technical and adoption challenges throughout the change management lifecycle.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration into existing business processes.
