Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and patch management.
  • Manage Active Directory services, including user and group management, group policy administration, and domain controller configuration.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Configure and manage Azure services, such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Backup.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect Microsoft infrastructure from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
  • Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the integration of Microsoft technologies with other systems and applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for Microsoft-related issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft products, features, and best practices to optimize system performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • years of experience in system administration, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in managing Windows servers, Active Directory, and Office 365 services.
  • Experience with Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Backup..
