Job Description

This role is for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development Expert to join the team for a high-impact project based in Towson, MD. The responsibilities include leading the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM, serving as the SME for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its integration with other systems, developing and maintaining custom workflows, entities, plug-ins, and business logic. It also includes collaborating with project managers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions, assisting with data migration and integration tasks, and providing technical support, documentation, training, and demos. Regular QA testing and assisting with deployment planning is also required.
Must have:
  • 12+ years of IT industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, Web Services, and Dynamics 365 SDKs/APIs.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data migration.
Good to have:
  • Experience leading full life cycle CRM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data modeling, UI/UX customization, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint integration.

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development Expert to join our team for a high-impact project based in Towson, MD. This role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM design, development, and integration, with a strong focus on custom solution delivery, system optimization, and cross-platform collaboration.

 

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities): 

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.
  • Serve as the SME for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its integration with other internal/external systems.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, entities, plug-ins, and business logic.
  • Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Assist with data migration and integration tasks.
  • Provide technical support, documentation, training, and demos.
  • Conduct regular QA testing and assist with deployment planning.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of IT industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, Web Services, and Dynamics 365 SDKs/APIs.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data migration.
    • Experience leading full life cycle CRM implementations.

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):
