Job Description & Summary

A career in our Platform and Integration Architecture practice will provide you with the opportunity to bring our clients a competitive advantage through delivering architecture solutions, governance and alignment during the delivery process, and ensure alignment to the overall project objectives and technology strategy.

As part of our Solution Architecture team, you will focus on planning, high-level design and reusability of solutions – in contrast to engineers, who carry out the vision and build the product. Architects develop specifications, models, standards and guidelines to coherently and consistently deliver technology.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of   

As a Microsoft Power Platform Leader, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency.  You will play a pivotal role in leading the Microsoft Power Platform Capability team in PwC Canada. Responsibilities include but are not limited to 

  • Lead the Microsoft delivery team in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions that meet client requirements and objectives. 

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. 

  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices. 

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Power Platform technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes. 

  • Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development within the Microsoft Power Platform space. 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive successful project outcomes and client satisfaction. 

  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by sharing insights, experiences, and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform through internal and external channels. 

  • Support Sales Cycles from a Technology Solution Standpoint.

  • Evangelize the Microsoft Power Platform to PwC Clients.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • 10+ years of Software Development experience with 3+ years in leading and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with a focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. 

  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams in the design and delivery of complex technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. 

  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate) are highly desirable.
