Mid-Level System Planner

This is a mid-level system planning position for a game company in Beijing or Guangzhou, China. Responsibilities include participating in game system design, creating system planning documents (functional specifications, numerical balancing, data structures, UI design), optimizing systems for playability and challenge, collaborating with art, programming, and testing teams, analyzing post-launch data and player feedback for system adjustments, and researching industry trends and competitor games. The role also involves assisting senior planners/producers with project management. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of game planning experience, a successful MMO launch under their belt, and a deep understanding of mobile MMOs.
