We are seeking a Mid-Level XR Developer who thrives on innovation and complex challenges. The ideal candidate brings a diverse skill set, extensive industry experience and fresh perspectives to the table.
Responsibilities
Development, programming and prototyping for headsets, handhelds and other XR platforms.
Lead and engage in creative engineering and problem-solving discussions
Participate in high-level strategic planning and decision-making processes
Mentor and support other developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
Research and build upon current developments and best practices
Qualifications
2-5 years of professional experience with developing games, apps and/or XR experiences
In-depth experience developing with several of the following: Unity, Unreal Engine, WebXR, Meta Quest, ARKit/RealityKit, Android, React, Typescript
Strong communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to to work with and mentor others in creative teams
Bonus points
Dev experience on successfully released games or applications
Strong familiarity with 3D/XR development and concepts
A sensibility for user experience and interaction design
System architecture know-how and experience
Experience with mobile games development
Live ops experience
Rapid prototyping skills
