Job Summary
Job Description
Mid/Senior Game Developer responsible for the technical development of projects using Three.js and Typescript. Responsibilities include programming games, independent work and team coordination, coaching junior employees, ensuring code quality and documentation. Requires at least three years of commercial project experience, managing small programming teams, and advanced knowledge of Typescript or C#. Experience with Unity 3D, animation, networking, UI, gameplay, iOS/Android development, debugging, optimization, and strong math skills are essential. The role is based in Izmir, Turkey.
Must have:
- 3+ years commercial game dev experience
- Team management experience
- Advanced Typescript/C# skills
- Three.js & Typescript proficiency
- Unity 3D experience
- iOS/Android game release experience
- Strong debugging & optimization skills
Good to have:
- Experience with animation, network, UI, and gameplay

Experience in managing a small programming team
Advanced knowledge of one of the following programming languages: Typescript or C#
Willingness to learn Three.js and Typescript
Good knowledge of Unity 3D
Experience with animation, network, UI, and gameplay
Experience backed up by games released for iOS/Android platforms
Ability to debug, optimize code, and solve complex problems
Ability to write high-quality and easy-to-maintain code
Strong math skills
Knowledge of English (spoken and written)
