Job Description - Grade Specific

• Extensive WebSphere Application Server Administration experience using WebSphere versions 8.5.5 in a multi-node, clustered environment.
• Extensive experience and expertise in installation and configuration of JBoss EAP Application Server 5,6,7. 
•  Manage and support JBoss Application Server environments including capacity topology planning, application deployments, configurations tuning.
•  Installation, configuration, Deployment and management of web and enterprise applications on JBoss Application servers.
•  Installing, configuring and trouble-shooting Apache web server, JBOSS Application server. 
•  Implementation, support, workload management and performance tuning including Web server setup configuration with JBOSS App Server. 
•  Understanding of JMS administration in support of a WebSphere Application Server,JBoss infrastructure.
• Maximizing availability and performance for all WASND and IBM HTTP Server Plugins and IBM HTTP Server systems.
•  Responsible for configuring the infrastructure and installing applications on Windows IIS hosted platform.
• Perform IIS administration activities like site setup, IP bindings, URL redirects, app pool recycling, HTTP response headers, output caching, compression, request filtering, handler mappings, IPv4 restrictions, SSL certificates, virtual directories, session state persistence, web server farms, etc.
•  Provide support including analysis, debugging, maintenance and performance tuning for Web Hosting environment (Windows Server , IIS 7/8/9/10.x, .NET framework, load balancers, configuration file, troubleshoot ASP.NET web applications Support Website / software upgrades while improving overall software deployment/ upgrade process
• Should have hands on experience on Windows Server 2012 R2, IIS Administration Experience with DLL and IIS server configuration Maintaining IIS webserver configuration, websites and SSL configurations Knowledge of Powershell scripting
