In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic inputs based on an understanding of media dynamics and aid the strengthening of the integrated planning product.

- Contribute to influencing and enhancing planning best practices
- Collaboration across various teams from ideation to implementation of workstreams
- Work with the largest advertiser and leader in the FMCG segment
In this role, your goals will be:
- Familiarize with the systems and processes
- Learn the planning methodology of the agency on both online and offline media
- Understand the different streams of analysis the team undertakes
- Contribute to at least two projects that the team is working on
- Thorough understanding of planning principles and processes to demonstrate in day-to- day work and conversations
- Collaborate with the necessary teams during a workstream pro-actively
- Point-of-view on the best approach that should be taken on projects
- Ideate on and deliver at least three projects
- Ability to help build a narrative for the projects undertaken by the team
- Manage and deliver projects end-to-end
- Provide strategic input in crafting the approach of a project, lead data analysis and support in building the project as a whole
- Collaboration with various teams for information exchange
- Be the go-to person for teams on certain projects and media planning principles
- Expertise in TV planning or digital planning
- Adept at data analysis and evaluation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in output
- Good time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- 12+ years of experience in media planning
- Preferred background in mathematics or statistics
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and media planning tools –
