Job Description

Tesla Automation seeks a Gebäudetechnik Mitarbeiter to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building infrastructure. Responsibilities include electrical system analysis, event setup/teardown, handling facility maintenance requests (tickets), and general building maintenance (doors, windows, furniture). The role requires troubleshooting building systems, installing/repairing locks and access systems, and reporting to project managers. Ideal candidates possess relevant vocational training (e.g., electrician), MS Office skills, strong organization and communication abilities, and a commitment to quality and responsibility.

Must have:

Completed vocational training (e.g., electrician)
Experience in building maintenance/repair
MS Office proficiency
Strong communication & organization skills
Problem-solving & troubleshooting abilities

What You’ll Do

Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparatur der gesamten Gebäudeinfrastruktur
Fehler- und Problemanalyse im Bereich der Elektrotechnik
Auf- und Abbau von Firmenveranstaltungen sowie Büroinventar/ -einrichtungen
Abarbeiten von Tickets/Aufträgen und Berichterstattung an den Projektmanager & Koordinator Technisches Facility Management
Störungsanalyse, Behebung und Funktionskontrolle von gebäudetechnischen Einrichtungen sowie Büroeinrichtungen wie z.B. Türen, Fenster, Schränke, Tische, usw.
Installation und Reparatur von Schlössern, Schließsystemen, Schließern und Türen
Allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten

What You’ll Bring

Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung (vorzugsweise als Elektroniker) und erste fachspezifische Berufserfahrung oder gleichwertig
Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office – Programmen
Sehr gutes Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsgeschick
Hohes Maß an Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Umsetzungsstärke, Leistungs- und Einsatzbereitschaft
