Tesla seeks a Mobile Service Dispatcher in Gothenburg to coordinate vehicle repairs, manage customer interactions, and optimize technician scheduling. Responsibilities include handling warranty claims, determining repair methods (remote, phone, on-site), communicating service updates to customers, and scheduling technicians efficiently. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, organizational abilities, and excellent communication in English and preferably Swedish. The role involves addressing customer issues, managing multiple priorities, and planning for resource allocation. Experience in a customer-facing technical or automotive role is highly beneficial.

Tesla is looking for a Mobile Service Dispatcher to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. - Coordinate repairs in accordance with new and used warranty guidelines and specifications
- Determine if technical solution can be resolved remotely, over the phone, or requires technician work.
- Communicate with customers through text, calls, email or other internal communications to provide service status, scheduling updates, payments and answer questions
- Coordinate scheduling of customers to hour block windows to ensure maximum throughput and routing of mobile service technicians
- Respond to roadside requests to coordinate the servicing of customer vehicles.
- Plan with service leadership for any PTO, vehicle downtime/maintenance and adjustment of vehicles on road to meet/exceed customer demand
- Available to work on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
- Relevant experience in a customer facing role delivering excellent service, preferably from a technical/ automotive environment
- Strong understanding of parts process, warranty, and ability to translate technical knowledge into customer friendly language both written and verbally
- Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills over phone, email, and SMS in English and preferably Swedish
- Ability to address and defuse difficult conversations and customer conflict
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining attention to details
- Valid driver’s license in the country in which you are applying, 2-year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history
