Mobile Tyre Technician, Melbourne

Tesla Motors is looking for an experienced Mobile Tyre Technician to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position requires a significant amount of customer interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. This position will service the Melbourne area; however, the role will require daily travel within the region directed by Mobile Tyre Dispatch team. • Remove, replace, repair, diagnose the full range of tyres on Tesla customer and internal vehicles, remotely on site or at service centres.
• Perform basic inspections, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles as required.
• Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools  
• Perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications 
• Maintain records of time, expenses and materials  
• Help maintain cleanliness of service vehicles  
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines  
• Support other Mobile Service technicians and Tesla Service Centres as needed 
• Daily regional travel
