Job Description

The company is seeking a Modeler/Builder with experience in Roblox game development. This is an independent contractor position paid based on hours, with monthly payouts in Robux to your Roblox account for DevEx. The team is charity-focused, aiming to help others globally. Key responsibilities include building and designing Roblox games, optimizing for mobile devices and game performance. The position is currently filled, but submissions are accepted for future consideration. The company offers opportunities for growth for skilled, honest, and reliable individuals.

Must have:

At least 16 years old.
Demonstrate quality of work through a portfolio.
Previous game development experience.
Skills in Roblox building and design.
Ability to optimize for mobile and performance.
Team player with good communication.
Willingness to follow directions and complete tasks.
Document progress.
Provide at least 2 Roblox Developer References.

Good to have:

UI/UX experience

Compensation:

Annual payment range: To Be Determined
Work is not salaried, but Independent Contractor work
(Paid based on hours)
Pay is monthly, in Robux payouts to your Roblox account, for you to then DevEx.
We are a Charity-focused team, where your work will also have a tangible benefit in helping others around the world!

Experience Needed:

Be at least 16 years old.
Must demonstrate your quality of work through a portfolio.
Must have been part of a Game's development before, and have the skills needed to produce a Roblox Game on the building and design end.
Understand how to optimize well for Mobile Devices and the speed of Game performance.
UI/UX experience a plus.
Blender experience a plus.
Animation experience a plus.
Must be a team player and have a willingness to understand and follow directions, see tasks to completion, and document progress.
Provide at least 2 Roblox Developer References and their contact information to us.
