Role Overview

• Monetisation ownership of the company’s major game titles - growing and exploring the game’s monetisation opportunities
• Exploring monetisation opportunities (finding ways to increase ARPDAU)— ad placement, ad funnel efficiency, waterfall optimisation, new formats
• Developing our marketing technology with a focus on analytics and automation
• Working closely with our 3rd party partners including ad networks (e.g. Google, Facebook, Unity), tools and other marketing partners
• Deep diving into marketing data to make informed decisions about monetisation opportunities
• Stakeholder management: engaging in strategic conversations around monetisation opportunities with CMO and senior management

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in an analytical role (media equity research, financial analyst, product analyst, actuary etc)
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to use data to storytell effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Experience working cross functionally with other departments.
• Interest in mobile games, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (preference for SQL but not essential)
