Motion Designer

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create animated ad videos for mobile games in various formats.

• Animate and assemble videos in After Effects using DUIK or similar plugins.

• Prepare 3D scenes in Blender/Cinema 4D based on ready-made assets.

• Create and animate game scenes in Unity, including working with repositories.

• Prepare and refine assets in Photoshop.

• Design static ad banners and GIF animations.

• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and generate ideas for advertising campaigns.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in gamedev (Puzzle, Casual, Hyper-casual, Idle Arcade, or Tycoon games).

• Proficiency in After Effects, Unity, Blender/Cinema 4D, Photoshop.

• Required After Effects plugins: DUIK or similar.

• Experience creating marketing ad videos for mobile games.

• Creative mindset, proactivity, and the ability to propose ideas.

Nice to Have:

• Spine skills for 2D animation.

• Experience with additional After Effects plugins.

• Proficiency in Figma for asset preparation.

• Experience in creating static ad banners.
