Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Designer at Uplift in Mumbai. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual motion identities, motion graphics, video production, animation, and storyboarding to enhance brand storytelling and user experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience (outside of internships or academic time) in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Animation skills
• Video Production and Storyboarding abilities
• Experience in creating visual motion identities
• Strong understanding of design principles and storytelling
• Mastery in relevant software and tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D)
• High level of proficiency using design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Relevant degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, or related field
• Fluent in English (ideally at a bilingual level)
