Steer Studios (formerly known as Savvy Games Studios) mission is to create a world-leading game studios in Saudi Arabia, creating high-quality games for international audiences. Also to help Saudi’s passionate gaming sector to develop homegrown IP and more broadly, make KSA a global hub for gaming. Steer Studios is looking for a talented and experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our marketing creative team. This role calls for strong design skills, creativity, and a passion for creating visually compelling content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in motion graphics for user acquisition creative assets.

As a Motion Graphic Designer, your main responsibility will be to create engaging video and static assets for various promotional purposes. You will use your video editing and animation skills to produce visually stunning content across different platforms, such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Google AdWords.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create video and static assets for promotional purposes across various platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Google AdWords) utilizing advanced video editing and animation skills.
• Generate innovative storyboards that will transform into high-quality motion designs.
• Manage and organize assets received from studios to ensure the internal library is updated.
• Develop assets and templates for app store landing pages, community engagement, and PR materials.
• Stay current with creative trends and identify successful creative strategies.
• Collaborate with outsourcing teams to ensure seamless workflow in the creative pipeline.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Steer Studios representing the company in various interactions with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in visual design with a strong eye for detail and exceptional design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro essential. Additional skills in Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Autodesk Maya a plus.
• Passion for gaming with a solid understanding of different genres.
• At least 4 years of experience producing promotional videos for mobile games.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Dedication to continuous learning and growth, willing to experiment and learn from mistakes.
• Fluency in English for effective communication within an international team.
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia design content demonstrating skills and experience.
• Reside in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
