Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

Location - Mumbai (Vashi, Navi Mumbai)

Salary - Upto 50k per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join a real estate

advertisement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling

motion graphics, animations, and video content that engage our audience and effectively

showcase our real estate projects. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, design,

and production teams to produce high-quality, innovative video content for various digital

platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and design motion graphics, animations, and video content for

marketing campaigns, social media, website, and other digital platforms.

2. Collaborate with the creative team to translate campaign ideas into visually appealing

motion graphics.

3. Work on real estate promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and explainer

videos that highlight key features and benefits of properties.

4. Edit and enhance video footage with motion graphics, sound effects, and music.

5. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, incorporating them into work.

6. Ensure that all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

7. Work within tight deadlines to deliver high-quality motion graphic content.

8. Optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring the best performance on

social media, web, and email campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in

the real estate or advertising industry.

2. Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe

Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and Photoshop.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and

animation.

4. Understanding of real estate branding and how to effectively communicate project

features through motion design.

5. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related

field.

2. Knowledge of the real estate industry and experience in creating property marketing videos.

3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
