Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor at our Chennai location. As a Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and high-quality video content for diverse marketing campaigns and internal communication initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and produce visually compelling videos that effectively communicate our brand messaging. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of creative ideas and strategies to enhance our visual storytelling and brand identity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar role for at least 2 to 5 years
• Demonstrable expertise in motion graphics design, video editing, and post-production
• Proficiency in additional multimedia and graphic design software is a plus
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, and color theory
• Ability to translate brand guidelines and creative briefs into compelling motion graphics and videos
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent visual storytelling, aesthetics and narrative skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and video editing work.
• Experience with 3D modelling and 2D animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Familiarity with audio editing and sound design is an advantage.
• Familiar with Hindi & English language is a plus.
