Job Description

Wargaming seeks a Motion UI Designer for a groundbreaking AAA game project. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Art department to establish consistent motion language, prototyping game systems, creating UI/UX assets (icons, backgrounds, etc.), collaborating with designers and engineers, contributing to the UI library, creating design documentation, and participating in testing. The ideal candidate possesses strong illustration and 2D animation skills, game industry experience, a commitment to quality, and teamwork skills. The role involves shaping a AAA title from the ground up in a collaborative environment.

Reports to

Lead UX Designer

What will you do?

  • Work closely with the Art department to build high-quality, consistent motion language in the game.
  • Motion prototyping for various game systems, helping establish a seamless and immersive motion language throughout the game (including sketches, mockups, interactive prototypes and other preproduction materials).
  • Create art assets for UI/UX needs (including icons, backgrounds, splashes, and other elements).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, tech artists, and engineers to deliver top-tier results.
  • Contribute to and support the UI library. 
  • Create and maintain clear and detailed design documentation.
  • Participate in functionality testing.
  • Provide support for ongoing projects.
