Multimedia Designer

We are looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to join our Advertising Design Department, which creates promotional illustrations, animations and videos that help promote Plarium games to the global market.

The successful candidate will be participating in every stage of promotional content creation - from idea generation to final production, working with globally recognized IPs such as He-Man, Monster Hunter, Xena: Warrior Princess, and more. Their creative ideas will contribute to the promotional content for the dark fantasy RPG , the PvP shooter , and other company projects.

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Warsaw office or remotely in Poland.

• Researching and developing innovative concepts for promotional content in alignment with marketing strategies and brand guidelines 

• Producing high-quality videos, motion graphics, and 3D animations that captivate and engage target audience

• Staying abreast of industry trends to create cutting-edge promotional materials

• Designing and producing visually compelling graphics that meet the specifications of various advertising platforms

• Collaborating with the marketing team to improve creative content and analyze its impact

• At least 3 years of experience in creating advertising videos, with a focus on motion design and 3D animation

• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of projects

• Strong creative vision with the ability to tell stories visually

• Knowledge of composition principles

• Keen eye for form, rhythm, color, and light

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D

• Experience in VFX creation, including tracking, keying, and compositing

• English language skills at the intermediate level or higher 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Formal education in art or design

• Knowledge of the basics of directing

• Basic working knowledge of audio editing software

• Basic experience working with Unity / Unreal Engine
