ROLE: Account Manager, Robot Cache  

MENTOR: Chief Marketing Officer & EVP of Business Development 

YOUR DAY: A vital role within the company to meet and exceed our partners expectations from account onboarding to maximization of sales. Excellent communication across the board by working cross departmentally will ensure proper execution as requirements are well documented and presented as value back to each partner. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

• Existing accounts are maintained and expanded, and new ones consistently cultivated 
• Reports are developed and delivered to each partner for transparency and visibility 
• Accounts are managed in accordance with established company policies and procedures
• Regular feedback of industry news, trends and changes in the market is relayed back to the team
• Managing up so the team is appropriately informed of issues, various activities, and competitive conditions
• Recommendations for product development, placement, and promotions are made as appropriate
• Routine travel required to attend industry tradeshows and partner offices 
• Ability to conduct presentations and command a room to sell the value of Robot Cache

Robot Cache is looking for a dynamic, well-versed Ecommerce & CRM Lead to join our movement and help us disrupt the world of PC games distribution. 

ROLE: Ecommerce & CRM Lead, Robot Cache   

MENTOR: Marketing Manager 

YOUR DAY: The Ecommerce & CRM Lead will work hand in hand with account management to promote content and special offers throughout the Robot Cache ecosystem. This includes day-to-day content, sales, and promotions coordination to drive profitable online sales growth. Once offers are determined and the role will facilitate propagation through all CRM channels including targeted emails, platform notifications and social posts. A broad working knowledge of popular games and appropriate targets will be necessary to successfully drive conversion in addition to the ability to report and use data as a primary tool. This high-visibility role will be critical to daily operations in the ever-evolving and exciting e-commerce space.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

• Ideate partner marketing opportunities and build promotional plans to satisfy sales goals of our partners as well as coordinate onboarding for smooth partner implementation  
• Own the promotional real estate schedule and offer calendar to slot in appropriate products to maximize results and sell thru  
• Develop ongoing strategies to optimize content on the storefront, using A/B testing and data to drive optimal results
• Report on key account metrics daily, weekly, and monthly to report on performance, and identify trends
• Work collaboratively to maintain account specific metrics, updates, sale drivers, and reports in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Coordinating key deliverables, and ensuring all deadlines are met by respective teams and are within style guidelines
• Execute propagation of offers throughout the entire ecosystem working cross team to develop email blasts, newsletters, platform notifications and social posts that meet publisher expectations  
• Oversee product maintenance, find new opportunities and creative promotions to enable all games to thrive  
• Understand hyper targeting and audience segmentation to deliver the right message to the right customer  
• Perform visual merchandising and monthly refreshes 

YOUR SPECIAL SAUCE:

• Highly organized and detail oriented, can pivot quickly and ingest requirements from many sources
• Strong written and oral communication skills  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience working with large datasets for data transformation and analysis leveraging lookups, pivot tables, etc.
• Understanding of basic retail principles, especially digital retail content through e-commerce sites and online marketplaces
• Positive personality with a strong desire to be part of a fast-paced, fun, and hard-working team solving big problems to create big opportunities

• Experience producing website content

ROLE: Data Analyst, Robot Cache  

MENTOR: Chief Marketing Officer  

YOUR DAY: A data analyst will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to maximize our live service through providing A/B testing methodology, custom report development, robust analytics and developing standard reporting for our partners and finance team. This position plays an important role in our agile, rapid technology development to deliver increased user acquisition, retention and monetization. Primary responsibilities consist of curating and analyzing the data produced by daily operations and major experimental data generation campaigns, using in-house data analysis tools to combine our data with other data sources (such as Google Analytics) to create end to end view of the customer.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports 
• Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base at a cohort level as well as the overall population 
• Test specific hypotheses, validate through A/B testing and provide recommendations for a path forward
• Perform in-depth exploratory analysis and interpretation of customer behavioral patterns
• Model lifetime value by personas and cohorts to drill into our customer base at deeper level so the company can provide value to each customer type
• Support development by working closely with senior developers to test, provide bug reports and feature requests, optimize algorithm parameters, and develop enhancements to database

YOUR SPECIAL SAUCE:

• Respond rapidly to assess new experimental data, on a same-day basis
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment 
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills used to effectively communicate and clearly present complex information in a manner appropriate to the audience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics or Computer Engineering or related field
• 3+ years in data analyst role 
• Experience with statistical analysis of data, exploratory data analysis, descriptive statistics, and data mining  
• Deep knowledge of database tools, query systems and reporting software

YOUR DAY: Your primary responsibility will be a key member of the programming team to engineer our commerce systems, databases and client infrastructure to enable gamers to buy and resell games. You’ll coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code 
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability  
• Implement performance and quality modules
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Assist in design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software applications
• Develops an understanding of standards and techniques, and general business knowledge
• Demonstrates understanding of departmental procedures, programming standards, and develops protocol and processes as the company matures
• Assist in providing time estimates of assigned tasks and compare estimates to actual time spent in order to improve estimating accuracy

• Excellent understating and experience with relational databases, SQL syntax, and performance optimization. Experience with Postgresql is a huge bonus! 
• Experience with Integration and Unit testing (MSTest a plus)
