Job Summary
Job Description
This is a Music Designer role for a 2025 Spring recruitment drive in Shanghai. Responsibilities include collaborating on music needs, designing musical styles and interactive music solutions, working with other teams on audio feature development and testing, creating some background music, and overseeing music recording, mixing, and mastering. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, familiarity with Wwise, and experience with Unity or UE4 game engines. Strong communication, a keen sense of musical aesthetics, and experience in music production are essential. Passion for gaming and experience with large MMORPGs or AAA PC/console games is preferred.

职位描述
1.参与游戏中音乐需求沟通、风格设计，交互音乐方案设计与实现等
2.与其他职能协作参与音频功能的开发与测试；
3.参与并完成部分配乐制作；
4.跟进并监制游戏音乐录制、混音、母带等流程。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，熟悉Wwise，有Unity或UE4的游戏引擎的使用经验优先；
2.有良好的沟通能力，能准确把握并实现项目对游戏音乐的诉求；
3.有较好的音乐审美，对音乐风格、音乐制作有一定见解和经验；
4.热爱游戏，热爱游戏音频事业，有丰富的大型MMORPG、PC/主机3A类游戏体验经历优先。
