Job Summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced and solution-oriented .NET Developer specializing in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) to lead and support the delivery of enterprise-level Microsoft-based projects. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies, with a focus on authentication, identity management, and integration within cloud environments. This position plays a crucial role in driving strategic IT initiatives, ensuring project excellence, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships aligned with organizational goals of digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Software Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in core Microsoft development tools and cloud services, including:

• .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 5+: Required for building scalable, maintainable applications.
• Azure Technologies: Strong experience with Azure AD, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Identity services, and related Azure cloud components.
• Azure AD: Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, B2B/B2C integration, SSO, and identity federation.
• Microsoft PowerShell: For scripting and automating Azure AD and related cloud tasks.
• Development Environment: Visual Studio 2019/2022 or Visual Studio Code.
• Databases: Experience with SQL Server and other relational databases; NoSQL experience is a plus.
• Version Control & Collaboration Tools: GIT, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for source code management and CI/CD pipelines.

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development efforts for projects utilizing Microsoft technology stack, primarily focusing on Azure AD and related services.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Azure AD integration, identity management, and security standards, providing technical guidance to team members.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely achievement of project milestones.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and provide technical support during project rollout and post-implementation phases.
• Continuously evaluate current Microsoft practices and recommend improvements to development methodologies for enhanced quality, security, and efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including system design, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, including data privacy and access control policies.
• Build and maintain reusable code components and automation scripts to streamline deployment and management processes.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Lead the design and development of identity and access management solutions using Azure AD and related Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications
