Job Description

This .Net Full Stack Developer role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience supporting web and Windows-based applications built with .NET and SQL. Responsibilities include developing and implementing complex SQL queries, creating automated tools for work automation and system alerts using .NET and Python, and monitoring services, alerts, jobs, and queues. The developer will troubleshoot and debug issues, identify automation opportunities, and create support documentation. The candidate must be ready to work night shifts. Good to have skills include flexibility with working hours, weekend shifts, good communication skills, and experience working with IT support and business user groups.
Must have:
  • 6+ years of .NET and SQL web/windows app support
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio tools & SQL Server Management Studio
  • Develop and implement SQL complex queries
  • Develop automation tools using .NET and Python
  • Experience in monitoring and supporting services, alerts, jobs, and queues
  • Knowledge of AWS
  • Experience using JIRA/ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tool
  • Good troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Ability to identify areas for automation
  • Experience in creating support documents (run books, SOPs)
  • Willingness to work night shifts
Good to have:
  • Flexible with working hours and weekend shifts
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience working with IT support and business user groups
  • Knowledge of Media and Entertainment domain
  • ITIL Foundation certification or above
  • Development experience
  • Self-organized and motivated

Job Details

Mandatory

1 Minimum 6 years of experience in providing support on web windows based applications built in NET and SQL

2 Should have knowledge on Visual tools SQL server Management studio

3 Develop and implement SQL complex queries

4 Develop automated tools using netpython for work automation and system alerts

5 Should have experience in monitoring and supporting of services alerts jobs and queues

6 Should have knowledge of AWS

7 Should have experience in using JIRA and ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tool and should be aware of ITIL concepts incident service and problem management

8 Should be good in troubleshooting and debugging issues

9 Should be able to identify areas to automate and ways to reduce ticket count

10 Should have experience in creating support documents ie run books SOPs

11 Should be ready to work in complete nights shifts

Good to have

1 Should be flexible with working hours weekend Shifts and should be available to handle P1escalated issues as and when needed

2 Good communication skills and should have worked with various IT support and business user groups across US and global geographies

3 Knowledge of Media and Entertainment domain and a certification in ITIL Foundation or above will be added advantage

4 Development experience will be added advantage

5 Self organised and motivated
