This full-time New Business Sales Account Executive position at Google focuses on acquiring high-potential advertisers in Spanish-speaking Latin America (SPLA). Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and maintaining client relationships. The role involves prospecting for new clients, building relationships with internal teams (Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency, Marketing), and utilizing Google's marketing solutions (YouTube, Google Search, Shopping, Display Network, App Promotion) to meet client needs and achieve sales goals. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, a proven track record in sales, and a consultative sales approach. The role requires achieving strategic goals while ensuring outstanding client experiences.
Must have:
  • 2+ years full life-cycle sales experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • New business acquisition and relationship management
  • Achieve strategic sales goals
Good to have:
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development
  • Experience managing customer/agency/service partner relationships
  • Experience in digital advertising sales
  • Proven ability to build a book of business and secure new clients

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in full life-cycle sales.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
  • Experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
  • Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.
  • Experience building a book of business and securing new customers while hitting goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business cycle for the new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance and up-sell opportunities.
  • Prospect and build a pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in partnership with Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
  • Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
  • Deliver against strategic goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within Spanish Speaking Latin America (SPLA).
  • Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (i.e., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion).
