Salesforce seeks a curious, energetic New Logo Territory Account Executive with technology and value-based solution selling expertise. This role involves selling the entire Salesforce platform to named accounts and prospects. Responsibilities include acting as a 'General Manager,' mapping account strategies, aligning resources, and serving as a customer extension. Collaboration with product specialists, solutions architects, and sales engineers is key. The role requires deep understanding of customer challenges and goals, evangelizing Salesforce solutions to achieve business objectives, and contributing to the Salesforce Ohana. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of net new business sales, consistently exceeding quotas, and experience in inbound/outbound prospecting and closing new business in the Italian market.

Overview of the Role:

Salesforce is looking for a curious and energetic New Logo Territory Account Executive with knowledge of technology and value-based solution selling. This Business Unit sells the entire Salesforce platform into a set of accounts (named accounts and prospects).

Think of yourself as the "General Manager" in this role - mapping account strategies, aligning resources and acting as the extension of your customer. You will work closely with other product specialists known as co-primes to help map out the best strategy for your customer. You will have technical support from solutions architects and sales engineers.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted digital advisor to deeply understand their outstanding company challenges and goals.

You will collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations. You will contribute to our business, as a valued member of our Ohana.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
- A strong technology sales experience (5-7 years preferably in Software or in Business Applications) selling to cross-industry segment
- Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Italian market.
- Successful history of net new business sales.
- A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Proficient in Italian and English
