[Job Responsibilities]
1. Monitor the news content production and moderation, review the results, and be responsible for the display outcomes;
2. Maintain and iterate the quality of news content, and optimize user experience;
3. Keep track of current affairs in India in real-time, proactively plan and operate product content;
4. Support project colleagues in coordination and collaboration, able to identify issues in the workflow and continuously improve efficiency;
5. Manage and guide interns to become familiar with and carry out their work;
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 1-2 years of work experience preferred;
2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with relevant language certification; a second foreign language is a plus;
3. Familiar with overseas information platforms, sensitive to overseas culture and social dynamics;
4. Possess good copywriting or content analysis skills, proactive thinking and learning ability, and strong execution;
5. Internetwork experience, journalism major, and students with overseas study experience are preferred.
