Next Crossfire Combat System Planner

Smilegate Entertainment is seeking a Combat System Planner for their next Crossfire title. This role involves designing core mechanics that impact shooting and hitting, creating and maintaining game balance related to movement and weaponry. Responsibilities include foundational planning of game features and effects, and balancing gameplay elements. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of FPS games, excellent communication and logical reasoning skills, and a solid grasp of game systems and content. Experience in FPS development, weapon balancing, and Unreal Engine 3 is highly desirable.
