Job Description
- Experience: A professional having more than 8 years of experience with at least 5 Years of experience in EUC Tools and related technologies including End User Analytics knowledge in detail.
- Design EUC Tools solutions that is in line to the Customers requirement.
Secondary Skills - Goto Rescue, Logmein Rescue, Systrack, JAMF, Other DWP Tools.
- Design solutions to availability and resilience targets in line with requirements
- At each stage of the implementation, he/she will be providing regular updates to customer/project team, technical presentations and liaising with multiple resolver groups to understand their technology environment and come up with solutions
- Develop design blueprint and documentation for on-going implementation
- Determine server specifications and infrastructure requirements (such as networks and security etc.)
- Both verbally and in written form articulate solutions and benefits accurately and persuasively reflecting the client’s interests or concerns
- Implement the Solution as per the agreed design principal & customers requirement
- Documentation review
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery and successful go-live
- Ensure successful KT and customer sign off

- A background of infrastructure design engineering and deployment experience in an Outsource service environment
- Own and represent specific solution detailed designs through to deployment and acceptance by delivery
- As an Infrastructure specialist , maintain a thorough understanding of new product features, new solutions and approaches along with potential business benefits to the architecture team and wider service line
- Continuously innovate and identify solution improvements specifically aimed at reducing the on-going operation costs
