Job Description

As a NIKKE Korean Project Manager at Level Infinite, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the project's operational, planning, and publishing aspects. You'll ensure alignment between expectations and successful implementation. Key responsibilities involve resolving critical issues, enhancing collaboration with partners, managing cross-team communication, and establishing efficient processes. This role requires strong project management, international collaboration, and negotiation skills. Ideal candidates have 3+ years' experience in game development PM, game operations, or overseas partnerships, native-level Korean language skills (oral and written), and familiarity with game development/operations processes.

Must have:

3+ years game industry experience
Native Korean (oral & written)
Project management skills
Cross-cultural collaboration
Excellent communication skills

Good to have:

English/Japanese language skills
Experience with secondary games
Game development/operations knowledge

岗位职责

About Level Infinite

Job Responsibilities

1.负责跟进并推动项目运营、策划、发行其他模块需求，对齐双方预期保证落地效果；
2.解决合作推进中的重要卡点，提升合作效率，优化合作关系并与合作方保持良好的合作界面；
3.对接研发&发行团队，管理项目内整体事务，处理跨团队之间的项目沟通，进行必要的流程搭建及执行管理，确保各项目、团队及各干系人高度协同工作；

岗位要求

1.3年以上游戏行业经验，有游戏研发PM、游戏运营、海外合作管理经验优先；
2.韩语口译和笔译能力需达到韩语母语级别（必备），此外有英语/日语能力者优先；
3.具有较强项目管理能力、跨国协作、谈判沟通能力；
4.了解代理游戏的开发和运营流程，二次元游戏经验丰富者优先；
5.工作细致、积极主动，具有高度的责任心和项目推动力；
6.对业务及关系处理具备一定的敏感度。
