The North HCP Manager will lead a team of Medical Communication Executives (MCEs) in the city, train and guide them on scientific dissemination of Philips Avent products, and establish relationships with top hospitals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). They will drive product recommendations from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), ensure product availability in hospitals, and execute scientific dissemination programs. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience, including 6-7 years of Med Rep experience and 2-3 years of ASM experience, with strong communication skills and experience in managing Gynae and Paedia. This role is a field role, requiring presence outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Area HCP Manager

Your role:

- Create a Team of Medical Communication Executives for the city -4-5 Medical Communication Executives  / Area Manager
- Train, develop, Guide MCE's wrt meetting HCP's and scientific dissemination of Philips Avent products
- Create and execute workshops for training MCE's to establish expertise in Scentific education of Mother/Baby care
- Create an infrastructure and MSL structure to cover 100 HCP's per MCE and establish relationship with top hospitals stakeholders
- Drive Recommendation from HCP's for Philips Avent products - tracking by IQperVIA
- Drive and ensure availability+Reco of Philips Avent across  Gynnae, Paedias and Lactation consultations
- Establish deep working relationship with top Hospital chains in Gynae and Paedie
- Establish deep relationship with top 30 KOL's  in Gynae and Padeia in the city
- Participate and engage in multiple conferences to push visibility of Philips Avent with HCP's and top hospitals
- Drive Sales in Hospital pharmacies for Philips Avent products
- Execute Scientific dissemination via programs like CME's and neonatal classes

Dynamic, Agile, Philips First Culture fit – 8+ years of experience, ideally 6-7 years of Med Rep and 2-3 years of ASM
Strong communication skills as he/she will be the face of Philips reputation with doctors
Experience in managing Gynae and Paedia in last few years of work assignment.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
