Numerical Planner

The Numerical Planner is responsible for setting game parameters, including combat and economic values, within a game environment. This role involves coordinating with programmers to implement these values, such as skill logic, and managing numerical tables like skill and experience tables. The ideal candidate is passionate about SLG games, possesses strong logical reasoning and mathematical skills, and has a meticulous approach to work. Experience in building mathematical models and a minimum of 2 years' experience in game balancing (combat or economic) is highly desired. Teamwork and communication are crucial for this position.
