As part of the team, you will play a key role in delivering robust and scalable observability solutions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess and enhance existing observability platforms and integrations. Responsibilities include leading the analysis and validation of observability architectures, collecting and transforming telemetry data, creating dashboards and alerts, collaborating with stakeholders, and participating in knowledge-sharing initiatives. You will also bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. The role requires a deep understanding of software architecture and strong communication skills.
Must have:
  • Experience with Elastic Stack or Grafana
  • Experience with agents and transform tools like Opentelemetry
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles
  • Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with Java, Spring, Apache Kafka, Confluent Stack, Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure or Kubernetes.

What you'll do:

As part of our team, your contributions will play a key role in delivering robust and scalable observability solutions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess and enhance existing observability platforms and integrations. Here's an overview of what you'll be doing:

  • Lead the analysis and validation of observability architectures, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring best practices are applied.
  • Collect and explode telemetry data from platforms and tools running in distributed infrastructure.
  • Develop data pipelines to transform telemetry data and enhance analysis.
  • Create dashboards and alerts that allow companies to detect issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide clear, technically sound recommendations about platforms and ways to integrate new tools in the observability.
  • Help bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring alignment through effective communication.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and help strengthen internal expertise around Observability platforms and related technologies.

What you'll need:

We are looking for individuals with strong analytical and communication skills, who can work independently and bring clarity to complex integration challenges. You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • At least 5 years of overall experience in IT, including a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Elastic Stack, Grafana or any other related observability platform in production environments.
  • Experience with agents and transforms tools to collect, transform and explode telemetry data as Opentelemetry, Fluentbit, Logstash, Prometheus, Tempo…
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles, especially in the context of observability solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good organization skills and a clear customer orientation.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Experience with the following technologies is a plus: Java, Spring, Apache Kafka, Confluent Stack, Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure or Kubernetes.
  • You are based in Spain or are willing to relocate.
