Job Details
What You’ll Do:
- Organize office supplies and maintain stock levels to keep the office well-equipped.
- Oversee office meal management, including coordinating daily meal orders and ensuring efficient meal setup for a positive office experience.
- Coordinate snacks, drinks orders, and assist with meal provider logistics to support a positive office environment.
- Assist with budget forecasting, budget management, and manage invoice processing for efficient financial operations.
- Assist in organizing larger office events and managing vendor relationships to ensure seamless event experiences.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, managing incoming requests, and vendor communications.
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to solving office-related challenges.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
- Experience with Google Suite
- Quick comprehension, an independent working style, and a goal-oriented mindset.
