Description
職務の概要
ファシリティーズスペシャリストとして、日々オフィスが効率よく効果的に運営されるよう管理します。特に、安心・衛生・効率的な職場環境作りに務めます。このポジションでは、従業員だけでなく、業者や管理会社との日英によるコミュニケーションスキルの他、建物の構造や機器・工具に関する深い知識が問われます。
責任
1. 総務業務: 40%
- 受付・郵便・配送物の対応や会議室の管理を含めた、オフィス全般に関する (受付電話対応含め）対応
- MSオフィスツールやAdmin JIRAといった基盤システムの運営と更新
- その他様々なオフィス関連業務やプロジェクトのサポート
2. 施設管理: 60%
- コーヒーマシン、給水器、休憩エリア、ロッカー、冷蔵庫、といったオフィス設備のデイリーメンテナンスと備品補充
- アドミニストレーションマネージャーと共に、業者による施設のメンテナンス、修理、改修手配
- 清掃員の監督を行い、オフィスの衛生と整理整頓を維持する
- 従業員・来客・クライアント・業者などによるオフィスの入退館をシステムで管理する
- 入退出レポートの作成（リクエストベース）
- オフィスの備品や家具の在庫を管理し、必要に応じて発注を行い、アドミニストレーションマネージャーと業者選定や交渉を行い、費用対効果の高い購買を行う
- 定期的に不用品・破損品を適切に廃棄する
- アドミニストレーションマネージャーと共に事業継続計画の策定と運用を行う
- その他設備に関する業務やプロジェクトのサポート
Requirements
必須条件
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
- 施設やオフィス管理の経験３年以上または類似の職歴
- 自主性があり、複数の仕事を同時に対応することできる能力
- 基本的なPCスキル（Microsoft Officeなど）
- 代田橋オフィスと神楽坂スタジオに通勤が可能な方
- 土日出勤や勤務時間の調整が可能な方

- 防災教育または訓練経験をお持ちの方
- 建物のセキュリティ規定の知識や運用経験をお持ちの方
- ゲームに興味・関心をお持ちの方

- 勤務時間: 10:00-19:00 (実働8時間/日) *場合により勤務時間の変更有り

- 月 - 金 週5日勤務 *場合により休日出勤の変更有り
