As our Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of our Amsterdam office, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment. Your role involves bringing structure, energy, and creativity to daily operations, from managing office vibes to planning company events. You will be the beating heart of a fast-growing, international gaming company, working closely with all team members and reporting to HR.

Must Have

  • Act as the company's face, greeting visitors.
  • Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and appearance.
  • Order office supplies, including flowers, soda, and coffee.
  • Organize and coordinate company events like parties and team drinks.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package shipments.
  • Share internal announcements and updates on Slack.
  • Organize bi-weekly lunch and perform light facility tasks.
  • Serve as the key contact for all suppliers and external vendors.
  • Manage and order office equipment and furniture.
  • Coordinate cleaning services to keep the office tidy.
  • Keep storage rooms well-organized.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to HR.
  • Work 16-20 hours per week, 4 days on-site in Amsterdam.
  • Support the team and ensure smooth operations.
  • Be organized, service-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong hospitality.
  • Have affinity for event planning and internal communication.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
  • Reside in or near Amsterdam.

About the role

As our Office Manager, you keep our Amsterdam office running smoothly and make sure our workplace is a welcoming, inspiring environment for the entire team. From office vibes to event planning — you’re the one who brings structure, energy, and creativity to our everyday operations

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You act as the ‘face’ of the company; greeting visitors;
  • You are responsible for organization, cleanliness, and physical appearance of our office;
  • You make sure that everything is ordered on time (for example weekly flowers, soda for the fridge and coffee);
  • Organizing and coordinating company events, like the Christmas party, movie nights, team drinks and anniversaries;
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and arranging package shipments;
  • Sharing internal announcements and updates on Slack;
  • Organising a bi-weekly lunch and light facility tasks (such as loading and unloading the dishwasher);
  • You are the key contact for suppliers;
  • Managing and ordering office en catering supplies, equipment and furniture;
  • Coordinating cleaning services and keeping the office tidy and presentable;
  • Acting as the main point of contact for suppliers and external vendors;
  • You keep storage rooms organized;
  • You assist ad hoc with various administrative tasks for the HR department;
  • You will work 16-20 hours per week spread over 4 days.

As our Office Manager you will work closely with everyone in the company. You will be reporting to HR.
