Anchor Point Studios, a global game studio under NetEase Games, was founded by veteran game designer Paul Ehreth in October 2022. Fueled by a world-class team of developers, Anchor Point Studios is passionate about creating immersive and engaging console and PC action games. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance to create a comfortable and functional environment for the team.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize team events, meetings, and studio activities that foster a positive and collaborative company culture.
• Maintain office policies and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
• Support finance and administrative tasks such as invoice tracking, expense management, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external office-related inquiries.
• Drive initiatives to improve office efficiency, workflow, and employee experience.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-4 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role, ideally within a creative or tech-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and approachable attitude.
• Proficiency in office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) and familiarity with administrative tools.
• A passion for fostering a great workplace culture and experience in planning team-building activities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Catalan is a plus.
