The Office Manager at Reality Games will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the Krakow office. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing administrative processes, handling office supplies and equipment, managing communication (mail, email, phone), building supplier relationships, planning travel arrangements, overseeing office maintenance and cleanliness, administering software licenses, providing basic IT support, handling invoices and office cash, maintaining financial documentation, organizing company events, and leading projects to improve office efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of office management experience, strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT support, excellent communication skills in English and Polish, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Join Our Team as an Office Manager at Reality Games!

Based in Krakow’s historic Railway Station building, right in the city's heart, our team of 60 talented professionals thrives in an energetic and collaborative environment. We also have key business representatives in London, making us a truly international player in the gaming industry.

And now, we’re looking for a dynamic Office Manager to join our team and keep our Krakow office running smoothly!

Your Role as an Office Manager:

As the Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that our office stays productive, efficient, and fun! This is an exciting opportunity to shape the work environment in a vibrant gaming company.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Keep the office buzzing by managing daily operations and overseeing administrative processes.
  • Be the go-to for all things office supplies, snacks, and equipment.
  • Stay on top of all incoming communication - whether it's mail, emails, or phone calls.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and business partners.
  • Plan and organize travel arrangements for the team, from hotels to transportation.
  • Take charge of office maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Administer software licenses and offer basic IT support.
  • Handle invoices, manage office cash, and keep financial documentation up to date.
  • Organize company events to promote team bonding and keep up the fun atmosphere.
  • Lead projects that improve office efficiency, making life easier for everyone!

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: You have at least 3 years of office management experience.
  • Multitasking Master: You thrive in organizing, juggling tasks, and keeping cool under pressure.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic IT support.
  • Challenge Enthusiast: You enjoy working in dynamic environments and feel energized when tackling challenges or managing tight deadlines.
  • People Person: With your excellent communication skills (both in English and Polish), you can handle anything from supplier negotiations to team interactions.

Work full-time from our stunning office in the heart of Krakow, nestled in a historic building just steps away from the vibrant city center. Enjoy the perfect blend of a modern workspace with the charm of a historic location!

Employment Options:

We offer flexibility in the form of a B2B contract or a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) - whichever suits your needs best.  Salary: 8,000 - 10,000 PLN.

About The Company

Reality Games is an up and coming gaming studio developing mobile games based on live, real world Big data.
We are a team of 60 people based in Krakow at the iconic building of the Railway Station located in the heart of the historic centre of the city. We have also business representatives in London.

In early 2015, Reality Games launched its first game based on: Landlord Real Estate Tycoon. 
It received huge global success with over 12 million players.
Following the success of Landlord, we intend to release Big Data Game Engine.
We are expect that our Game Engine will simplify game development for external companies and make it much more cost and time effective, as there will not be a need for artificially created content.
