Job Description

The Office Manager in Limassol will oversee general office operations, greet visitors, handle high-volume phone calls, coordinate appointments and meetings, manage staff calendars, supervise and train office staff, coordinate travel arrangements, manage office supplies, produce reports and correspondence, create presentations, and draft contracts. The role requires fluency in Ukrainian and English, proven office management experience, MS Office proficiency, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The position offers a dynamic environment within the iGaming industry.

The expertise we’re looking for

  • Fluent Ukrainian and English language;
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant;
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular);
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers);
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements;
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Your position will include

  • Overseeing general office operation;
  • Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers;
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules;
  • Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity;
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations;
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels;
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts;
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
