Job Description

Playrix seeks an experienced Office Manager for their Novi Sad, Serbia office. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations (organizing meals, ordering supplies), procurement, maintaining office facilities, budgeting, communication (correspondence, couriers), employee support (onboarding, issue resolution), document management, event planning, and key card management. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, emotional intelligence, and at least two years' experience in administration and facility management. Fluency in Russian and intermediate English is required; Serbian is a plus.

Team, about the role

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and caring Office Manager for our office in Serbia (Novi Sad). Our offices are the place where ideas are born that change the entire gaming industry. You will be the guardian of an atmosphere of creativity and innovation, contributing to the development of administrative processes and supporting team spirit among employees.


Tasks

  • Facilitating the office's day-to-day activities so employees can carry out their work efficiently (organizing meals, ordering snacks and stationery);

  • Running procurement activities and managing relations with contractors;

  • Monitoring the condition of the office, its furniture, and equipment;

  • Office budgeting and reporting;

  • Sending correspondence and interacting with couriers;

  • Interacting with employees: onboarding, assistance in solving individual issues;

  • Carrying out document management;

  • Participating in the organization of corporate parties and other events;

  • Ordering key cards.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in administration and facility management;
  • Fluency in Russian, English Intermediate +;
  • Basic knowledge of Serbian would be a plus;
  • High level of emotional intelligence;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to write and speak clearly and correctly.


Preferred 

  • Experience working with 1C;
  • Experience in HR
